Shipping + Returns
Shipping
We ship all pillow, candle, and mini rug orders anywhere in the United States for free. In order to receive free shipping, the order must contain only pillow covers, mini rugs, or candles. Shipping for all other items is calculated at check out.
Furniture, lighting, and other large items are available for local pickup only. To request delivery, or inquire about current lead times, contact our shop prior to placing your order. Please send an email to shop@madisonnicoledesign.com and let us know which item(s) you are interested in, and we will send a shipping quote and lead times.
All orders of in stock merchandise will ship out within three business days.
Returns
We work hard to make sure you will be happy with any and all purchases from Madison Nicole Design. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us right away at shop@madisonnicoledesign.com and we will do what we can to make it right.
We accept returns for a refund on qualifying products in new, unused condition if the return is initiated within 10 days of receiving the product. If products are received back in less than perfect condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the order arrived damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase. Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.
